But I will say, the lounge area just felt a bit awkward after 4pm with only a handful of chairs. The rooftop bar could use some cozy lighting, and in-room dining options felt a bit lacking. Oh, and those manual curtains? I woke up at 5:30 am every day—who needs that?

Our stay at Intercontinental, Ljubljana, An Ihg Hotel was fantastic! The hotel has a modern design and our room was spacious and clean. The restaurant on the top floor impressed with its excellent food, and the proximity to the city center made exploring easy. The staff are super friendly and helped us out when we had issues with our room. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of choices! Only thing was the room description could be clearer. A bit of a walk to the center, but we didn’t mind that after dinner.
